more years' experience than we now care to remember.

Dominic Sumners - Founding Director
"I suppose OME was my brainchild. After 10 years of doing it for someone else, I wanted to do something for myself. Most people go into business with a partner for lots of different reasons but primarily as it can be pretty lonely, scary and occasionally miserable when you start out. In Sean, I knew I'd met my match; someone who I knew was as passionate as I was about delivering effective online solutions. We saw a gap in the market and after a pint of Dutch courage, set up the UK's first online recruitment advertising agency. As such, I get asked to talk and comment on all sorts of industry-related issues. And because I never seem to stop, you'll see me on many platforms - from online articles and conference speeches, to Twitter, Facebook, industry press and my blog." Sean Paterson - Founding Director
"Dominic and I are very different and I guess that's why it works. I first got involved with jobboards back in 1996 and have experience in both traditional and digital recruitment media, direct marketing and online start ups. I've really got to grips with the practical detail of executing successful digital media campaigns, improving the recruitment process and candidate journey and then working with our clients to take full advantage of the results. I'm meticulous about attention to detail, which is probably why I look after the finances, but I'm also unbelievably passionate about surpassing our client's expectations, so designed our account management programme to ensure we deliver outstanding service and results, every time."

Whilst we'd love to introduce everyone on this page, there will be plenty of time to meet them in person. Suffice to say, we've continued our recruitment process as we started it. We've chosen well, selecting people that bring harmonious skills and who are like minded. Everyone is genuinely experienced in online recruitment and most importantly they understand how to apply this knowledge to improve a client's performance.
